Technique:
The star was inked first with Versa Mark and then with Pacific Point ink then it was stamped onto Whisper White card stock. The image was then covered with clear embossing powder and heat set. To make the star look 3D, I scored the star aloong the white lines and then folded along the score lines. Because of the embossing the star kept its 3D shape quite well, but I put 3 dimensionals one on top of the other underneath the star before attaching it to the card.
The base card is Pacific Point card stock, layered with Whisper White and then silver foil paper embossed with the Pretty Script embossing folder. Because of the lighting conditions the foil paper looks like its gold.
