Thoughts of You - Technostamper #258

Today is a good day.  Blogger is finally up and running as of this morning.  For over 2 weeks I have been unable to publish without changing over to another browser - a bit of a pain.  It's amazing how small things can make you happy.
The weather, however, is not making me happy!  Would you believe there's a winter warning (yes snow) for tomorrow!  Guess it's a card making day!
Here is my card for the TSS challenge:

I made the base card out of Marina Mist card stock, and layered it with Very Vanilla card stock, and then a sheet of DSP from the Print Poetry DSP pack.
Three strips of Midnight muse were attached across the top of the card, after which I attached an embossed banner in Marina Mist.

The image was stamped several times.  Once on Parker's DSP and the sail was cut out; once in Summer Starburst, and the boat was cut out.  Then the image was stamped using Midnight Muse onto a 2 1/2" punched circle.  I used a blender pen to remove the ink from the sail, and colored it with  a Raspberry Ripple marker .  The sailboat was then paper pieced together.  With the mat pack and paper piercer, the circle was paper pierced all the way around.  Then it was matted with Midnight Muse circle.  The two were attached using dimensionals.

A bow of stitched satin Raspberry Ripple was placed at the top of the image.

Here's a list of materials/supplies used:

Stamps: Moving Forward, Sassy Salutations
Inks: Midnight Muse, Summer Starburst, Raspberry Ripple marker
Papers: Marina Mist, Very Vanilla, Whisper White, Parker's DSP, Print Poetry DSP pack
Accessories: Ovals framelits, 2 1/2" circle punch, Mat pack & paper piercer, 3/8" stitched Raspberry Ripple satin ribbon, Square lattice folder, dimensionals.

Thanks for stopping by.
