I experimented with different approaches to the sketch challenge with Try Stampin' with Tuesday here and although it looks like a fairly uncomplicated sketch for some reason I struggled. However, I am happy with the results.
Here is the sketch
And my card:
I knew I wanted to use a red, black and white color scheme, so I experimented with a red heart, a black heart, a red label, and a black label. Finally I settled on a white label with a red heart which was cut out using the heart framelit. Boy, you'd think I couldn't make up my mind or something! The Whisper White label was matted by cutting a red label in half and attaching it to the back of it.
Some red dazzling details was applied to some of the hearts in the large heart just to apply some bling.
Stamps: P.S. I Lovc You
Inks: Real Red, Basic black
Papers: Real Red, Whisper White, Basic Black
Accessories: Square lattice embossing folder, 5/8" Real Red satin ribbon, Labels framelit, Heart framelit, Red Dazzling details, Word Label punch, Modern Word Label Punch, Red Brads, Rhinestones, dimensionals
