Holly Berry Broach Card - Unscripted Sketches #130

I've been making shabby chic flower hair pins, broaches etc for the various craft shows I am doing this month.  When I saw the sketch with Unscripted Sketches here I thought - why not make a shabby chic flower pin and make it part of the card - making a card and a gift at the same time.

The Shabby Chic flower pin was made using the Fun Flower die, and the Holly Berry Bouquet fabric.
Die cut three pieces of each size flower.
Sprayed each flower with fabric stiffener, crumple them up and dry in the microwave for 40 seconds.
Unfurled each flower and smooth out  as much as possible.
Using a paper piercer, pierce a hole in the center of all the pieces and insert an antique brad.
Punch a 1 1/4" real red circle, pierce a hole in the middle, place at the bottom of the flower, inserting the brad through it.
With a hot glue gun attach a broach pin.
In a 2 1/2" circle punch 2 holes and attach the broach through these holes.
Attach this to the card using dimensionals, so it can easily be removed - a card and a gift.

Paper: Chocolate chip, Very Vanilla, Holly Berry Designer Paper, Real Red
Accessories: Fun Flower die, 2 1/2" circle punch, 1 1/4" circle punch, Holly Berry Bouquet fabric, Fabric stiffener, broach pins, dimensionals, Antique brad, mat pack and paper piercer
