Baby Rattle Card Challenge 139 LNS

I just love working with the treat cups and have come across many ways to use them.  Last night another use came to me - a baby rattle.  Probably it's been done before and if  I inadvertently used your idea and didn't credit you please let me know.

Accessories: Treat Cut, confetti contents non SU, 1 3/4" circle punch, 3/4 by 15/16" oval punch, 1 3/4 by 7/8" oval punch, rhinestones, 3/8" Pink Pirouette taffeta ribbon
