Halloween Mug and Decorations - Creative Sketches Color Challenge #43

I used the Color Challenge with Creative Sketches here to make this 3D Halloween mug and coordinating decorations.

The template for the mug is from the Demonstrator web site under Show and Tell.  To get the template

Stamp: Batty for You
Ink: Basic Black
Papers: Poppy Parade, Basic Black, Basic Gray, Frightful Sight Designer Paper, Whisper White
Accessories: Scallop circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, 1 1/4" circle punch, 1/8" basic black taffeta ribbon

Here is how the decorations were made:
1. Stamp image from Batty from you
2.  Use 1 1/4" circle punch to punch out stamped image
3.  Use 1 3/8" circle punch to punch out a Poppy Parade circle
4.  Punch out a basic black scallop circle punch.
5.  Cut a piece of 1/8" Basic black taffeta ribbon

Assemble the pieces by layering the image onto the poppy circle onto to the black scallop circle.
Note:  It takes 4 of these units to make 1 decoration
6.  Fold each unit in half
7.  Attach the ribbon on the inside
8.  Attach the 4 units together resulting in a 3D decoration.

Here are 3 of the decorations I have made.  I stamped the same image for all 4 of the units making the one decoration, but you can use all different images if you wish.

Super cute halloween decorations. These would be great projects for kids to make. Thanks for joining us at Creative-Sketches this week!
