These are the colors for the challenge with Color Throwdown here : So Saffron, Rose Red and Aqua (tempting turquoise)
The front of this card was made a little differently. The front of the Rose Red card stock was folded in half (back onto itself). Then using the Scallop Circle #2 die (the larger of the 2 circles), I laid the fold about half way across the circle and ran it through the Big Shot up to the fold only. This created the half cut scallop.
That front half was then embossed using the Finial Press embossing folder.
The Whisper White circle was cut using the 3" circle die. This was attached to the Scallop circle as shown in the picture.
Stamps: Printed Petals, Silhouette Sentiments
Inks: Rose red, Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron
Papers: Rose Red, Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron
Accessories: Scallop Circles #2 die, 3" Circle die, 1" circle punch, 3/4" circle punch, 1 3/4 X 7/8" oval punch, 3/4 X 15/16" punch, small oval punch, Finial press embossing folder, 1/8" Very Vanilla taffeta ribbon coloured with a Rose Red marker, Dazzling diamonds, Crystal Effects.
Button: Punch out 3 of the 1" circles in Rose red. Then punch out two 3/4" circles. Center the 1" punch over these 3/4" circles and you punch out 2 rings.
Adhere the Three 1" circles. Then adhere the 2 rings on top of those. Mark where the button holes will be and punch the holes with a Crop-o-dile. Cover with Crystal Effects.
Close up of embellishment, showing the button more clearly. You can also see that only the front half is scalloped.
Inside of the card. A scallop circle the same size as the one on the front was made and mounted on the inside where a sentiment can be stamped.
Some Whisper White was placed on the back side of the other front half where messages can be written.
