I have 3 grand children, the youngest of whom is a little girl who is named after yours truly. She's a special little girl and has an independent streak just like her grand mother. On Halloween she was not frightened by the costumes - she got right into the thick of things- donned her costume and without holding onto her mother's hand, walked up sidewalks, knocked on doors, and was thrilled with the results. She cried all the way home because she wanted to stay out longer even though it was her bed time.
She's a real girly girl as she has 2 older brothers, so she loves pink - so does her mother.
This little girl is having a birthday soon - her second , so I thought I'd take a Valentine's image and convert it into a birthday card. I used the Mojo Monday sketch challenge to design this card (even though it's Wednesday).
This card is for her mother as I have learned that when a card is made for a child, all goes in the mouth, or, all that is not firmly attached i.e. one layer, will get pulled off by little fingers I'll make a one layer card for this up and coming 2 year old next.
