Spotlighting Technique with Holiday Lineup

Rather than colour the entire image I decided to use the spotlighting technique.  I punched out a 1 1/4" round circle and traced a black line (using black marker -fine point) around the image area I chose to colour.
Stamps: Holiday Lineup, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Paper: Wild Wasabi, Whisper White, Basic Black, Candy Cane Christmas Designer Paper
Ink: Black Stazon, SU markers (Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight, Real Red, Concord Crush, Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip, Basic Black)
Accessories: Polka dot embossing folder, word window punch, Modern Label Punch, 3/8" real red taffeta ribbon, crop-o-dile. dimensionals
