Countryside Birthday - Sketch Frenzy Friday

The weather has turned cooler.  It's kind of nice to be able to turn my Air conditioner off and open the windows.
Fall is definitely in the air - the leaves are starting to turn, and autumn produce is starting to appear in our local Farmer's market - including apples from our local orchards.  Mmm, love those apples!!
Saturday and Sunday I am in Buckhorn, a cottage community northeast of here - as a vendor in their annual Gourd and craft show.  I was privileged enough to be extended a personal invitation to be a vendor at this event - quite a compliment really!!
But before I go off to this event, I have a sample card for today's blog hop with Sketch Frenzy Friday.

This sketch this week is by Tammy Fife.

Scaredy Cat- Happy Halloween - Sketch Frenzy Friday

It's September, the kids are back in school, and its time for another mini blog hop with Sketch Frenzy Friday.
Today's sketch is brought to you by Kim Innis

I recently got the Simply Scored scoring tool, and have been practicing making rosettes.  This rosette is a partial case from the Idea Book and Catalogue  - just changed the colors.  I made the Rosette using the Bring on the Cake designer paper cut at 1" by 12" - scored at 1/4" .  Just a word of caution - when using the Simply Scored tool to score - use the larger end and don't press too hard.  I tell you this from experience - I tore through a few pieces of designer paper before I finally got it right.

Stamps: Batty for You, Teeny Tiny wishes
Inks: Basic Black
Papers: Basic Black, Bring on the Cake designer paper, Calypso coral card stock, Whisper White, Lucky Limeade, Frightful Sight designer series paper
Accessories: Spider Web embossing folder, Scallop edge border punch, Scallop circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, Circle die #2, Word Window punch, Modern Label punch, Metallic brads, 5/8" Black Grosgrain ribbon, Stampin dimensionals.
