I just love the stamp set "Painted Petals" and I don't use it nearly enough. It was perfect for this CAS Mother's Day card.
The sentiment, from "Sweeet Laughter" was stamped first on a piece of Whisper White cardstock. Then I stamped the flower - the stem and leaves with Wild Wasabit in, and the roses with Rose Red ink. A butterfly, punched with the Itty Butterfly punch was adhered with a glue dot over the end of the sentiment. Tiny pearls were placed on the body.
The Whisper White cardstock was matted with Rose Red cardstock, then a small piece of melon mambo ribbon was attached at an angle on the upper right corner.
The base card is Rose Red cardstock, layered with Whisper White, and a strip of Painted Blooms DSP was attached in the middle.
The focal panel was attached to the card using dimensionals.

Very pretty Mother's Day card (although it shows up as a Pinterest symbol in our gallery!!!). Love your floral image, it's stamped very nicely! Thanks for playing with the Players' challenge this week!
What a pretty card! This stamp set will hopefully stay around for a long time. I really love it. Thank you for playing along with the Paper Players this week.
