Happy birthday - challenge 91 & color challenge with creative sketches

Two challenges were combined with this birthday card. The first is challenge 91 - birthday card.  The second is a colour challenge were the following colours were to be used:  Always Artichoke, Marina Mist and Soft Suede.
I also used a new technique  - embossing with markers.
Stamps: Just Believe, Sincere Salutations
Ink: Soft Suede, Markers (Always Artichoke, Marina Mist), basic black
Paper: Whisper White, Always Artichoke, Marina Mist.
Accessories: Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder (the embossing was lightly inked with soft suede), scallop edge punch, mat pack, always artichoke seam binding, oval scallop punch, stampin dimensionals.
Here's how I did the image.
I first inked up the stamp with Versa Mark.  Then I coloured the stamp image with markers, stamped, and embossed with clear embossing powder.

I really like the idea of using the markers to get a multi-coloured, embossed image! I'll definitely be trying this too... Great card!
