First of all, I decided to make my own DSP featuring this little dog on the front of the card.
Secondly, I used the masking technique to give Belle two other friends.
- As you can see Belle has 2 other friends today. All 3dogs were coloured with blender pens and ink pads.
- The three pals were die cut using the labels framelits. This was matted with a later of Crumb Cake cardstock, and then attached to the card front using dimensionals.
Belle & Friends DSP
- The DSP was made by randomly stamping the image of Belle all over a piece of Whisper White card stock- using Crumb Cake, Sahara Sand, Soft Suede and Black Memento. Then some interest was added by stamping dots from the Timeless texture stamp set. The entire surface was lightlyspongedwith Crumb Cake ink, and embossed with clear embossing powder.
Images from The Timeless Texture stamp set were randomly stamped on this Whisper White surface before I attached the DSP.
I only used 1 1/4" of DSP, the inside edge of which was covered with Burlap ribbon.
The sentiment was stamped on a strip of sponged Whisper White, and both edges notched and curled up.

Stamp: Belle & Friends, Timeless Texture
Inks: Black Memento, Crumb Cake, Sahara Sand, Real Red, Emerald Envy, Islalnd Indigo
Papers: Crumb Cake, Whisper White
